For Science, I had to blog about 1) What I eat, 2) Which foods are healthy in my daily diet and 3) Things I do for general fitness on a daily basis.
For breakfast I normally eat one sandwich (roasted white) with peanut butter. For lunch I normally eat three sandwiches (Two to three are brown bread, sometimes the third one is white) and some candy like skittles or a cookie. I share my candy with my friends. In the second break I always eat apple with cinnamon on it. I share the candy that is left with my friends. When I get home I eat some candy like M&M's. For dinner I normally eat vegetables with meat with rice or potatoes and a sauce. With Breakfast, in the breaks at school and at dinner I drink water. When I get back from school I drink something like Coca Cola or 7-up.
I think my breakfast good because it gives me enough energy to operate until the lunch break. I think my lunch is very healthy because I always have cheese and meat on at least 2 of the sandwiches and I drink water with it. I need the energy of the candy to keep me active. I think apples are good for you because it is fruit and the cinnamon is only there for the taste. I don't think that the drinks I drink after school are very healthy because they have a lot of sugar in them. The candy isn't very healthy either but I think I can let myself get some of it because I just came back of a busy school day. I also think that my dinner is normally very healthy because I always eat vegetables and meat. Except in the weekends, when I may go out eating in a restaurant.
I play football every day when it isn't raining or I have drama group. On Monday's I play tennis from 6 until 7 o'clock. On Tuesday's I go sailing/kayaking as an activity of my school. On Wednesday's and Thursday's I have PE at school. On Friday's I normally invite a friend to come over and we play sports, video games and walk around. In the weekends I stay inside and make my homework. This normally takes up one day (Saturday OR Sunday). On the day left my family and I normally go around in the city, shopping (Mum likes that) or go to a friend.
